How carpet fabrication works
- 1. Consultation. Area rugs, runners, stair treads, inset borders, or inlays — we review the scope with you or your designer.
- 2. Shop drawings (trade). Dimensions, seams, pattern match, and edge finish specs finalized.
- 3. Fabricate. Cut, seam, bind or serge, and execute inset border work — all in-house.
- 4. Quality check. Color-matched seams, miter precision, and edge-finish inspection.
- 5. Deliver ready-to-install. Finished pieces delivered to your Naples job site, ready for install.
