How Our Workroom Process Works
- 1. Bring it in or we pick up. Drop off at our Naples showroom or schedule pickup throughout Collier County.
- 2. Assess & quote. We inspect the rug or carpet, confirm the scope, and quote in writing before any work begins.
- 3. In-house fabrication. Binding, serging, fabrication, resizing, or repair — all done in the same workroom.
- 4. Quality inspection. Every job is inspected for edge finish, seam integrity, and pattern match.
- 5. Delivery & pickup. Delivered back to your Naples-area home, or ready for pickup at the showroom.
