How rug repair works
- 1. Assess damage. Fringe, edges, holes, moth damage, curling corners — we inspect and document.
- 2. Quote before work. Written quote with no work beginning until you approve. No surprises.
- 3. Secure foundation. On hand-knotted rugs, we secure the foundation to prevent unraveling before any cutting.
- 4. Repair. Re-secure fringe, patch holes with color-matched donor wool, re-bind or re-serge edges.
- 5. Final inspection & delivery. Delivery back to your Naples-area home.
